We believe that, before human interference, the natural processes of creation and transformation kept the environmental system balanced. The acceleration of the technological progress led to the development of our species, but it destabilized this balance. With the aim of restoring it, the Terra Balance Group started developing this project to prove that an ethical approach to the environment, making use of what nature gives us in terms of bacteria and enzymes, is economically viable and feasible.

We want to reverse this trend of imbalance, which is endangering the environment and has already been proven to be inadequate to our long-term well-being. The partner chosen for this project has in its DNA the combination of nanotechnologies and biotechnologies in an interdisciplinary approach capable of leading to biologically inspired products to be used in the agricultural, zootechnical and environmental industries, with the aim of restoring the balance on Earth.
